Those Goosebumps

Never ever ignore those goosebumps.

I have heard of a scientific explanation of how this sensation is brought about the reflex of the tiny muscles at the base of each hair on our skin, well, more about that here.

But let's focus here. I think that in the event you feel the hair at the back of your head rise, there is definitely someone out there... even though there's no one in sight. Trust the goosebumps, my friend...

...They are out there!!!

Total Hysterectomy & Total Katatakutan

My mudra just had total hysterectomy sa San Juan de Dios Hospital last Oct. 28, just eight days after my birthday. Na-admit sya on the 27th (Friday), so from work, derecho na ako sa hospital to stay with her for the night. Ok naman ang hysterectomy nya. Nung pinakita sakin yung tinanggal sa kanya, wow. Astig. Ang laki! Hahahahaha! Parang ulo ng sanggol! By the way, what ever happens to a body part when it is taken away from you surgically? Does it get buried? Incinerated? Errr, cooked? Yum. Hehehehe!

For the record, naniniwala ako sa mga multo.

Eh pano ba naman, did you know that San Juan de Dios Hospital is the oldest hospital in the Philippines?! It's true! Kaya naman counting all those years of the hospital's existence, kahit pa it was destroyed and rebuilt quite a number of times, hindi pwedeng ma-deny na malamang sa malamang meron naman kahit isang namatay dun whose soul refuses to cross over, and decides to linger for a while. And since spirits, I have heard, have no concept of time, maybe the lingering soul doesn't realize it's been around for more - a lot more - than just a while.

Abangan ang aking kwento!
