Good Fortune, Come My Way Now!
Special thanks to my friends Jhoy, Rona and Nellie for gifting me with Kingswald!

As posted below, the bday party came a day after my actual birthday. Who cares anyways.
Someone I was chatting with earlier complained that I did not invite them to the party. Told him that he didn't even know it was my birthday last week had I not told him earlier, so why is he demanding an explanation on why he wasn't on the invite list! Anyways, maybe next time if my budget permits it be, I'd invite everyone I know. I wonder when and how that would ever happen.
Here's a bit of trivia. Did you know that no one from the office knew it was my birthday, thus no one except my boss and my officemate greeted me? Oh there was another one who greeted me from the Engineering department, and he even joined us in our party of four. I'm not complaining, by the way. Hindi naman ako ganun papansin! Hehehe. Mabuti na ang low profile!
I'm posting the pics of the salo-salo here. Maybe someone I know will come across them, and perhaps next year, they will greet me right on my actual birthday.
From left, there's Jhoy, holding up the fortune plant I specifically requested as my birthday gift. The fortune plant, which I am naming King (short for Kingswald) is planted on a small glass of cubed jellies. Yes, pink jelly cubes! The instructions of taking care of the plant, errr, King, are pretty simple. Wash the jelly cubes once in a while. I would assume every other day as there is a cloud of invisible dust in my room, and the morphing of dust and jellies and moisture and a living thing could very well become very kadiri. Nways, there's Rona at the center wearing pink. Buti na lang the pic here has been reduced so you can't see the butils of kanin sa polo nya na pinagtawanan namin nang sobra, ewan ko ba kung bakit nakakatawa! Hahahaha. And there's Nellie in red, who enjoyed the seafood soup (that's the metal bowl on her left!) so much!
After the hearty late lunch, syempre videoke time na. So change-venue kami. Before proceeding to our family venture, PINKSTATION, syempre we had to pass through Takeshi's Castle a.k.a. our Kabilang Bahay Na Sobrang Gulo. While there, pumasok ang tropa sa mini Aviary ng nanay ko...
Okay, so we made it through the Takeshi's Castle. The pic here naman was taken while they were getting ready for the videoke challenge. Notice Nellie preparing the categories of songs, Jhoy checking out the song list, and Rona bringing it on! You'd be surpised to know, that our videoke queen Nellie won (quite predictably...) by only two points over... Rona! Another guest arrived: Cjay. Pa-late ang drama! hehehe. Syempre kung late ang lunch, late din ng dinner. Imagine nakakain pa rin kami ng kanin at ulam kahit naubos namin ang kalahating tray ng custard cake! Yikes! Ang blood sugar! Ang blood sugar! Hahaha.
to be concluded...

I just celebrated my 27th birthday last Friday, October 20. A small party followed on the next day, attended by four special friends, Cjay, Jhoy, Nellie & Rona.
